Personal Experience
Kasey Vogler has been with GAI since 2016 and offers nearly a decade of experience supporting business owners through complex business transactions. She delivers a highly responsive, detail-oriented, and client-first approach, providing white-glove transaction support throughout every stage of the deal process.
Kasey plays an integral role in valuation support, deal management, and transaction execution, working closely with clients to develop clear, compelling marketing materials that present concise and accurate financial and operational information. She oversees the collection and organization of financial data from valuation through closing and serves as a key point of coordination between sellers, buyers, lenders, and internal deal teams. Kasey also manages buyer and lender requests, generating detailed reports and materials to support due diligence and financing efforts.
In addition to her transaction responsibilities, Kasey manages GAI’s internal marketing initiatives and supports firm-wide branding and outreach efforts.
Kasey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Georgia and is actively involved in the Pensacola community through the Junior League of Pensacola.
Outside of work, Kasey enjoys time with her husband and their two young children, whether traveling to new destinations or relaxing close to home. She especially enjoys being outdoors and unwinding along the beaches of Pensacola.
