Lawrence Moore, has led the company since 2019, guiding clients through high-stakes business transactions with clarity and care. As a business intermediary, Lawrence helps buyers and sellers navigate complex deals, ensuring a positive experience during one of their most significant financial decisions. Under his leadership, GAI has advanced from main-street to lower-middle market deals, handling larger, more intricate transactions while maintaining personalized service and client trust.
Before GAI, Lawrence built a 15-year career in corporate development, performance management, and operational consulting, leading high-impact turnarounds for Fortune 500 companies that delivered over $125 million in operational gains. At a multinational manufacturer, Lawrence expanded global supply chains and evaluated emerging market opportunities across 20+ countries, including seven years in Russia and the CIS.
An entrepreneur, Lawrence has owned an entertainment services company and an e-commerce business, deepening his insight into small business dynamics. He holds a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential from NACVA, and is an accredited Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor from the Institute of Leadership & Management in London. He earned an MBA in Strategy from The Ohio State University and a B.A. in Russian Studies and Business Management from Brigham Young University.
A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Instrument-rated Private Pilot, Lawrence lives with his wife of 17 years, Tiffany, and their three children. As a family, they enjoy boating, beaching, traveling, flying, movie nights and cheering each other on in sports and life.
