Lawrence Moore joined GAI in 2019, bringing with him 15 years of corporate development, performance management and operational consulting. His passion is helping individuals and organizations transform to an elevated state.
As a Director at RLG International he led business turnarounds inside of Fortune 500 companies that targeted financial performance, operational gains and business process improvements, along with transformational behavioral changes; with a performance pedigree that has delivered > $125 million of impact. At Allied Mineral Products, a multi-national manufacturing company, Lawrence worked in corporate development where he expanded global supply lines, conducted feasibility of emerging market investment and international expansion of manufacturing capabilities.
Having done business in more than 20 countries, including 7 years of development and consulting work in Russia and the CIS, Lawrence understands the global economy and how business can thrive in it. Still, he is well-versed in entrepreneurialism and small business management, having owned and operated both a services company and an e-commerce business.
Lawrence has earned the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts® (NACVA), which is the accreditation body of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence. Lawrence is an accredited Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor from the Institute of Leadership & Management in London, England. He holds an MBA in Strategy from The Ohio State University and a B.A. in Russian Studies and Business Management from Brigham Young University. Lawrence is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. He has been married to his wife, Tiffany, for 14 years. They share three children and love boating, beaching, traveling and discovering great eats.
An entrepreneur and seasoned business executive, Bill Gibson has over 30 years’ experience in business brokerage, consulting and valuations. As founder, CEO and owner-operator of a six million-dollar, multi-branch wholesale distribution firm, Bill acquired 14 years of hands-on business experience. This, coupled with his creative strengths in financial management, operational structuring and business valuation has enabled him to achieve successful results in today’s changing marketplace and help business owners achieve financial success. Bill’s innovative, ethical, and professional manner is the key to successful business sales, which allows the sellers of these businesses the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Bill has worked with over 1000 business owners, helping them to determine the value of their company. He has successfully developed complex business strategies for expanding or exiting businesses or professional practices. These valuations have helped in acquisitions, estate planning, property settlements, business expansion, buy-sell agreements, divestiture, immigration and loan packaging.
After satisfying the educational requirements and conforming to the ethical standards of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), Bill was awarded the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). He has recently been awarded the Fellow of the IBBA, a lifetime award, which is awarded to IBBA members in good standing who have held the CBI certification for a minimum of ten years and has made significant contributions to the association during that time. Bill is also a Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and has been awarded the designation of the Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary by the M&A Source of Chicago, IL. He is a licensed Florida and Alabama Real Estate Broker.
Kasey Vogler joined GAI in 2016. In strict confidence, Kasey markets the client’s business with optimal exposure as well as manages the deal flow process. She works directly with clients to develop material that presents concise facts and figures about the sale of their business. She oversees the financial information from clients during the valuation process through the closing of the deal. She also assimilates requests and generates reports for buyers and lenders who provide financing for the transactions. In addition to her project management responsibilities during the deal process, she also manages the internal marketing for GAI.
Kasey completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Georgia. She is involved in the community philanthropically through the Junior League of Pensacola. Kasey and her husband enjoy traveling to new places and relaxing on beautiful Pensacola beach every chance they get.
